We are very proud of our comfortable yet classic restaurant which is in a prime position on the top floor and therefore enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the impressive cliffs which dominate the bay and the easy and direct access to the open sea. This intimate restaurant which in summer extends on to the open belvedere has a very well-stocked bar and offers an appealing and mouth-watering menu. Items on the menu change daily and in addition to an array of international dishes, Gozitan and Maltese specialties are served regularly. An ‘a la carte’ menu is also available. Fresh local produce such as the luscious seasonal fruit, cheese and fresh fish are available daily at the Serena restaurant. In addition there is a delicious selection of desserts guaranteed to tempt even the most diet conscious. We pride ourselves in our expertise in local cuisine. It is therefore obvious that fish is one of our specialties. At the Serena it is a must to try our choice local fish dishes such as ‘Lampuki’, ‘Awrat’ and fried octopus in garlic. Whilst at the Serena do not miss the opportunity to try our special Serena wine and beer which we make form the finest selected ingredients. Many of our residents have acquired a taste for these genuine beverages and have positively commented that they help them immerse themselves in the peaceful and idyllic Gozitan atmosphere.
